The Brand
Mantra Herbal is an organic and natural skin care brand deeply rooted in the ancient science of Ayurveda and a venture of the Baidyanath Group – A celebrated name in health and wellness with more than a 100 year legacy.
The Task
1. They wanted to migrate from WooCommerce to Shopify and maximise conversions by enhancing website performance.
2. They needed an e-commerce website that could provide the best shopping experience possible.
3. They wanted a clean, minimal website where customers could easily navigate through all their pages and, most importantly, understand the brands’ vision.
4. They wanted to migrate data securely, and no traffic was lost during the process.

NOIR & BLANCO was tasked with delivering the planning, procurement and execution of the project. This started with UX-led website wireframes and designs.
The Solution
After analyzing the complete case scenario of Mantra Herbal , we shared the audit reports with their team and further proceeded with revamping their old website in the following manner:
1. Structural Design Change
We tested Mantra Herbal’s website and designed a perfect and clean UI, just as they wanted it. which were then applied to a navigation structure and information architecture.
2. Colors & Typography
After defining the information architecture, we created a color palette and typeface that resonated with the brand.
3. Easy Navigation
Mantra Herbal focused on how users can quickly understand the brand’s motive by landing on their website. With our brand-oriented revamped UI design, we were able to bring the required navigation structure and information architecture!
4. Minimal UI
After defining a clear brand guideline, our team adapted the site’s design as per the guidelines and proposed wireframes. This helped Mantra Herbal to communicate its brand’s vision and offering more effectively.
5. Mobile Responsive
Due to a large amount of incoming traffic from mobile devices to the Mantra Herbal, a mobile-friendly version of the website was created.
6. SEO & Data Migration
We migrated the site seamlessly (conducted by experts manually), preserving the product, inventory, order, and customer data, maintaining SEO data and rankings, and adding redirects for changed page URLs.
